5 month and Driving?!?!

This picture is the best picture ever right! Chris and I were waiting in the car one day and put Zeke in the driver's seat. He grabbed the wheel like he had been a driver for years. What Pro;)

I love Kodak moments...especially when you have a camera!

Like the title of this post says...our little man is 5 months old. If you didn't know this already but that is almost a half a year old! haha sarcasm aside... time truly is flying by. Our little teradactle is getting so big. We call him that because he screams on the top of his loungs like a teradactle. It's funny and cute when you not trying to talk on the phone or trying to read. I guess he thinks the world revolves around him. Oh, wait, it does..my bad Zeke! I have taken some video of him screaming that will pierce your ears so I may refrain form posting it! Life is a little overwhelming right now but I know it's only a season that will pass. As my good Friends in Third Day would sing "There's a light at the end of this tunnel!"

Christmas '09

I have been very busy these past few weeks. I have been helping out my previous employer because the person I trained didn't work out:( we had an awesome Christmas with family and friends. I took plenty of pictures of Zeke's first Christmas! He loved ripping the paper and playing with it! I'm posting this from our new itouch so I will post pictures when I get to our computer. Hope everyone had a wonderful christmas!

Exersauser time

We were at a retreat this past weekend with a couple friends and they brought an exersauser with them. I put Zeke in it and he loved it!

It was so cold that he had to wear a little hat! It was so cute!!

4 months old!

4 months ago I met my son for the first time. What an amazing 4 month it has been. I have grown so much as a wife, mother and a daughter of God. I have had so many emotions...fun..scary...tiring...happy...sad...all of that! I would not take it back for anything in the world.
My little man is getting so big. Personality out the wazoo and a smile that can melt a heart:) ok maybe I went a little over board there but I can right..I'm the mom?

He rolled over for the first time yesterday:) I have been waiting for this moment for a while now because he would almost get it then go back over. Well he did it all by himself:) We are so proud of our little man.

Thanksgiving '09

Thanksgiving was so much fun. Chris and I have so much to be thankful for:

A loving God who has unfailing love for us.
A beautiful and healthy son.
A place to live.
A job that provides our needs and some of our wants.
A wonderful family
A wonder group of friends that we get to share our journey with.

I could go on for ever!

We had 4 Thanksgivings altogether this year.
Saturday before thanksgiving we had dinner at Chris' Grandmother Foster.
Then Thursday "Turkey Day" we had an early dinner at Chris' Grandmother Bryant's house. The went straight to my parents house for dinner number two!
What a full day right?!? It was worth it I tell ya. I love getting together with family especial now that Zeke is here because they just flock to him. They all want to hold him which I love because I get to eat food!!! haha
Then Friday "Black Friday" we had leftover Thanksgiving at my second families house.
What a great time with our families. I think Zeke had a good first thanksgiving. I didn't take to many picture..I know I'm a slacker. I do have friends and family that did so I do have proof of our festivities:)
Oh ya I made homemade sweet potato casserole and homemade green bean casserole! They turned out so good. I was very impressed with myself.

So Big

I know I know, I haven't posted in a while. I am a huge slacker!

Well our little man is just growing up! Smiling and talking like crazy. He has such a little personality. He is so much fun to be around and play with. Staying at home with him is great. I wouldn't change it for anything.

Here is a link to website that has pictures of Zeke. A lady from a MOMS group meeting that I am apart of wanted to build her baby and children part of her business. She gave us a free session and it went amazing. This is just a sneak peak. She is sending us a CD with all the pictures on it and I can post them then. He is smiling like crazy now and gaining weight!

I love him more and more each day.
